Blog Post 2
I usually am not the "leader" of a group, but I definitely put out my ideas in a group. I usually take that rule because i don't want to be a boss, but I don't want a stupid plan if it is for a script or something like that, and I like it a lot. i really like working with my close friends because it might be easier to agree with the person, and you know what to expect. You might get a little talky though so it sometimes is not a great idea, and that is a great way to get a bad grade on a project.. I resolve conflicts by trying to get a compromise between two ideas, or getting a group decision. It usually works because you probably won't get someone who is upset or someone who might try to get bossy in a group. Something that I tried once when I was eight that definitely didn't work because I decided to do my idea other than the other's, and I ate a lemon. I feel a little disrespected and separated from the group because I don't get my idea. I was discussing what I should do with my group in fourth grade in math where we had to draw an object with shapes, and i didn't get to have an idea with any consideration. I was happy in all of my scripts for the puppet plays this year because we always have limited arguments and tons of happy people.
